mental states<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2258\" class=\"translation-block\">Posts about not always needing to explain every feeling,\nabout learning to recognize \u201chow I\u2019m really doing,\u201d\nand about slowly learning how to live with different emotional states.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2310\">2) Energy, tiredness &amp; small breaks<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2547\" class=\"translation-block\">I care about the question:\nWhy do I feel tired on some days even when I haven\u2019t done much?\n\nFrom there, I write about resting the right way,\nsmall breaks during the day,\nand adjusting my pace when life runs faster than my ability to feel it.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2593\">3) Small habits &amp; coming back to myself<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2594\" data-end=\"2710\">Sometimes I don\u2019t need a full \u201ctransformation.\u201d\nI just need one small habit\u2014\nsmall enough to come back to myself,\nsmall enough to make the day feel less messy.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2744\">4) Self-learning &amp;
