About Me
Hi, I’m Wamfielday.
I created this blog as a small place to write down very ordinary things: days when I feel okay, days when I feel tired without knowing why; moments when I try hard but still feel empty; and moments when just five minutes of pausing can make everything soften again. ghi chép lại những điều rất đời thường: có những ngày mình ổn, có những ngày mình mệt mà không rõ vì sao; có lúc mình cố gắng nhiều nhưng lại thấy trống rỗng; có lúc chỉ cần 5 phút dừng lại là mọi thứ dịu xuống.
This blog isn’t here to “teach” anyone how to live. I write to understand myself better, and I hope these words might help you feel a little lighter, even for just a moment.
Why did I start this blog?
I used to think that being hardworking was enough. But the more phases I go through, the more I realize:
-
Some kinds of tiredness don’t come from doing too much, but from using my energy in the wrong way.
-
Some efforts help me move forward, and some efforts make me forget my own mental state.
-
Some things I read and learn aren’t to become better than anyone else, but simply to understand myself more clearly.
So I started writing. Not to turn everything into philosophy, but to keep small observations: a habit that helps me come back to myself, a way of learning that helps me grow, a short pause that keeps me from burning out.
What will you find on this blog?
If you stay here for a while, you’ll see a few main groups of content:
1) Emotions & mental states
Posts about not always needing to explain every feeling, about learning to recognize “how I’m really doing,” and about slowly learning how to live with different emotional states.
2) Energy, tiredness & small breaks
I care about the question: Why do I feel tired on some days even when I haven’t done much? From there, I write about resting the right way, small breaks during the day, and adjusting my pace when life runs faster than my ability to feel it.
3) Small habits & coming back to myself
Sometimes I don’t need a full “transformation.” I just need one small habit— small enough to come back to myself, small enough to make the day feel less messy.
4) Self-learning & learning in a way that fits
I believe self-learning isn’t wrong, but not every learning method fits everyone. I share what I’ve tried, what didn’t work, and what I adjusted, so learning can feel more sustainable and more “right person – right pace.”
The values I try to keep here
I try to keep this blog grounded in a few simple principles:
-
Honest – written from my own experiences and observations, not decorated.
-
Practical – focused on small, realistic ideas you can try right away.
-
Non-judgmental – everyone has a different pace and starting point.
-
Slow but steady – not about being better, just about understanding myself more.
Who is this blog for?
You might feel at home here if you:
-
Often feel tired but can’t quite name the reason.
-
Live in a fast rhythm and want to reconnect with your ability to feel.
-
Want to build small habits to feel less messy and less overloaded.
-
Care about self-learning but want to find a way that actually fits you.
-
Like everyday, gentle writing with space to breathe.
A small invitation
If something here resonates with you, you can:
-
Read more in the [Emotions] / [Energy] / [Self-learning] sections (you can place these categories in your menu),
-
Or save this blog and come back when you need a place to “breathe.”
You don’t have to change everything right away. Sometimes, just pausing for a few minutes and being honest with your own feelings is already a very big step.
